Discover your exciting roleThe Senior Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for leading and managing the people management related agenda for assigned business unit. Works closely with Human Resources Director and management teams to develop and deliver Human Resources (HR) initiatives to support business objectives. Provides proactive, commercially driven HR support and guidance to assigned business unit.Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesProvides support on the research, design and development of Human Resources (HR) initiatives (in line with company objectives) in support of the HR strategy, using expert knowledge of the assigned business unitProactively supports the development, delivery, adoption and continuous improvement of HR systems, processes and policies in line with best practiceSupports other roles within the HR team as required with other projects and operational issues (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and Learning & Development)Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes to mitigate risksManages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionallyContinues to keep up with new regulations, polices and best practices as it relates to human re-sources Builds strong knowledge of the company and assigned business unit to be an effective leaderBuilds a strong business relationship with the business unit; serves as the escalation point for employees and managers. Engages in strategic employee and business unit leadership meetings Drives and delivers HR initiatives to support business needs, such as talent development, employee engagement, management development, and organizational changeWorks in partnership with the management teams to identify opportunities and recommend areas of improvement to support improved organizational and people performance in line with business needsGuides and coaches managers on employee relations and HR issues in line with Company policies and best practice, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance. Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employeesAmbassador for key talents for the business unitActs as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people managementAssists with designing succession plans for key talents and key job positionsChallenges the organizational structure of the business unit and proposes changesOther duties as assignedShow your expertiseMinimum RequiredEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field requiredProfessional Human Resources Certification (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) preferred10+ years of experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExceptional organization and coordination skillsWorking knowledge of learning management softwareWorking knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.PreferredExperience in the Construction and/or Engineering industry preferredContact:You want to be part of the Exyte team?
