Lead Technical Program Manager, Commercial Banking

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• Formal training or certification in program management, with at least 5 years of applied experience
• Experience with financial regulatory reporting, such as government or SEC reporting
• Knowledge of standards, roadmaps, delivery execution, and removing blockers
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI tools for program management workflows, with strong validation practices and awareness of data sensitivity
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations, escalate uncertainty, and follow data-handling expectations
• Advanced stakeholder-management expertise, including building productive relationships and influencing decisions across cross-functional teams and clients
• Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Proficiency in analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks

• Develop and execute project plans covering technical requirements, resources, and timelines to deliver technology solutions on schedule
• Use enterprise-authorized AI tools to support program planning and risk synthesis, validate outputs, and handle data according to its sensitivity
• Identify and mitigate risks, address potential roadblocks, and implement contingency plans to maintain delivery momentum
• Work with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with business goals
• Assess program performance, identify improvement opportunities, and apply data-driven optimizations
• Promote agile delivery, continuous improvement, learning, and innovation
• Encourage reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and reporting practices, ensuring human review and alignment with delivery standards
