Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This is a contract position with consistent daytime hours—student in-person days only, totaling 37.5 hours per week—offering the chance to focus your skills during the school year in a collaborative atmosphere.

Qualifications & Credentials:

• Active WA State Dept of Health SLP License
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• WA State SLP ESA certification
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License or proof of reliable mobility
• Successful completion of fingerprinting and clearances from WSP, FBI, and sexual misconduct registry
• Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates as well as experienced SLPs
• Strong pediatric assessment, intervention, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and diagnostic services for students with a variety of speech-language needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate on IEPs with families and school staff
• Maintain thorough records in compliance with district and state requirements
• Consult with teachers and participate in student support meetings
• Engage in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in the field
• Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for students to thrive
