Key Responsibilities

Assign and track freight loads using dispatch systems

Monitor shipment progress and communicate updates, delays, or exceptions

Maintain detailed operational documentation, including dispatch logs and shipment tracking

Identify potential workflow inefficiencies and escalate appropriately

Collaborate with Oregon-based management to maintain operational consistency

Support process improvement initiatives for dispatch workflows

Participate in hybrid or remote workflow coordination sessions as needed
