Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments, evaluations, and ongoing therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families seeking outpatient care, ensuring a thorough understanding of their relational dynamics.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic approaches grounded in family systems theory to directly address the complexities of relationships, including crisis resolution, communication patterns, and emotional harmony.

• Intervene promptly during crisis situations, offering support and ensuring the immediate safety and psychological well-being of clients and their families.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, progress notes, and treatment documentation in accordance with both legal and ethical guidelines.

• Provide educational resources and skill-building activities focused on enhancing relationship-building, effective communication, and coping strategies that promote long-term client success.

As an LMFT at Hope Being Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse population seeking support for various issues, including marital discord, family conflicts, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal relationship challenges. Your role will be crucial in fostering a safe environment where clients can explore their feelings and develop the tools necessary for recovery and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• A minimum of one year of practical experience in providing therapy services as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
