• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to understand clients' mental health challenges and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to effectively engage clients in their recovery process.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure that clients receive holistic support.

• Educate families on mental health issues and the treatment process, fostering their involvement in the client's healing journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.

• Adapt therapeutic strategies based on client feedback and treatment efficacy while continuously evaluating progress against established goals.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Bright Path Psychotherapy, you will work closely with a varied clientele, including couples facing relational difficulties, families needing assistance with communication and dynamics, and individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues. • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrate outstanding communication, active listening, and empathy skills necessary for building trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Exhibit a nonjudgmental attitude and sensitivity to the diverse experiences of clients from various backgrounds.

• Possess strong organizational abilities to manage caseloads effectively and complete administrative responsibilities.

• Previous experience in a community health or clinical setting with a focus on marriage and family therapy.

• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Experience in conducting both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Annual salary range of USD 120,000 – 140,000, commensurate with experience.
