Work Environment\n

This position allows for a flexible work setting, with the option to conduct therapy sessions remotely through a secure telehealth platform or in our outpatient office located in Redding, California. With a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, you will have the opportunity to balance professional responsibilities with personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPCC, your role encompasses a variety of therapeutic and administrative duties, including but not limited to:

• Conducting individual, group, or family therapy sessions, delivered either in-person at our office or via telehealth platforms, to facilitate accessibility for all clients.
\n
• Performing comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to gather relevant background information, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client.
\n
• Utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to help clients achieve their therapy goals.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes utilizing our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to ensure compliance and improve treatment outcomes.

• Engaging in clinical supervision and participating in peer consultation sessions to enhance your clinical skills and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff to provide integrated and comprehensive care to our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will have the opportunity to develop specialized skills based on your interests and experience, addressing issues related to trauma, behavioral challenges, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. This diverse client base ensures that no two days are ever the same, allowing you to leverage your clinical strengths while continually learning and adapting your approach.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active LPCC license in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient mental health settings or related fields.

• A commitment to delivering ethical, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed care to support diverse client needs.

• Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency with EHR systems to ensure seamless documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience\n

• Additional training or certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques (e.g., EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).

• Bilingual fluency or experience working with marginalized populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
