Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via secure video chat.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele serviced through Healing Mind Behavioral Clinic consists primarily of adults who have been screened to ensure stability and appropriateness for tele-therapy. Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Active licensure to practice independently as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually. In addition, we are pleased to provide a sign-on bonus of $3,000 for new counselors. Full-time counselors will receive a monthly healthcare stipend. Regular weekly direct deposits facilitate quick access to your earnings.
