Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct scheduled therapy sessions with clients through secure video conferencing.

• Engage clients in discussions about their emotions and experiences to foster understanding and growth.

• Assist clients in setting therapeutic goals and measuring progress towards achieving them.
\n
• Identify barriers to recovery and devise strategies to help clients overcome these challenges.

• Provide education on healthy coping mechanisms tailored to individual client needs.

• Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes with minimal administrative burden, allowing you to focus on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable adult clients who experience low acuity mental health issues. All clients are thoroughly screened to ensure they align with the scope of care provided. By engaging in remote counseling, you will reach individuals who may face difficulties accessing traditional in-person therapy, helping to bridge gaps in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Licensing: Must hold a full independent license, including one of the following:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No limited/provisional licenses or disciplinary actions against your license will be accepted.

• Possess effective communication skills to foster client rapport.
\n
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills with a sympathetic nature.

• Demonstrate computer literacy to navigate our digital therapy platform efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, previous experience in telehealth counseling is advantageous. Candidates who have worked in outpatient settings will also be looked upon favorably, as this background will enhance your ability to address client needs effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
