Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals dealing with complex mental health issues, including those who face co-occurring medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, and substance use disorders. This role requires sensitivity and a proactive approach to understanding how these varying conditions impact each patient's mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Proven ability to design and implement effective treatment plans for patients with co-occurring medical and mental health conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building trust with patients.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere strictly to ethical guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, commensurate with experience.
