Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited educational institution.
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Current CPR certification preferred; additional specialized certifications (neurological, geriatric) are an advantage but not required.
