Full Time Escrow Real Estate Closer local Title Company in Bradenton. Individuals must be self-starters and team players who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service with a smile. Individuals must possess excellent phone presence, organizational skills and be very detail-oriented. A professional image is a must.

The Closer will prepare settlement statements, closing documents, comply with escrow instructions, clear title issues, prepare title policies, conduct closings and handle disbursement of funds.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Florida Notary
• Prefer at least 2 years' closing experience in the title industry including 1 year in Florida but willing to train the right individual with processing experience or experience in the banking or real estate industries
• Energetic team player who is positive, has a great sense of humor and a professional image
• Must have excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
• Strong multi-tasking skills with ability to prioritize work

· Must be able to work independently and be a reliable team player
