Clinical Manager RN Position: Clinical Manager (RN) — Registered Nurse responsible for managing and directing all patient care services and personnel within the HomeCare agency. Qualifications Registered Nurse in Florida or a compact state Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 6 months of home care experience Supervisory experience Committed to helping meet patient goals Current Driver’s License, car insurance, and a clean driving record Able to meet Background Screening requirements Responsibilities Hire and retain the best clinical staff Coordinate referrals and ongoing care with patients, caregivers, hospitals, physicians, and clinicians Support NHC HomeCare in meeting patients' needs Ensure staff availability to provide necessary care Educate staff and monitor quality of care provided Competitive compensation package for full time employment includes health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, uniforms, paid time off, 401(k) with generous company match, and more.
