We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter who will play a vital role in attracting top talent and ensuring the FAIRWINDS Way is at the heart of our recruiting efforts. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will serve as a full-cycle recruiter, partnering with leaders across the organization to identify, attract, and hire candidates. This role is ideal for a driven recruiting professional who thrives on building relationships, managing multiple requisitions, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Your Role in Our Mission: Manage the full recruitment cycle for a variety of positions (hourly, salaried). Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, create strategies, and provide guidance throughout the hiring process. Source and attract candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other creative methods. Review resumes, conduct prescreens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Meet and exceed KPIssuch as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline activity, interview-to-offer ratios, and quality-of-hire metrics. Ensure accurate and timely use of our Applicant Tracking System, UKG Pro, to maintain compliance and reporting. Represent FAIRWINDS at career fairs, networking events, and community engagements. Provide an outstanding candidate experience that reflects the FAIRWINDS brand and values. Embrace the FAIRWINDS Way by consistently demonstrating our core values in every member and crew interaction. What Makes You a Great Fit: 3+ years of recruiting experience required (corporate, agency, or high-volume recruiting experience welcomed). Previous recruiting experience in Accounting, Finance, banking, or credit union preferred. Experience with UKG Pro or other applicant tracking systems preferred. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and job boards required. Knowledge of best practices in Talent Acquisition, compliance, and candidate experience required. Proven ability to meet or exceed recruiting KPIs, demonstrating both efficiency and quality in hiring outcomes. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
