• Assist physical therapists with the development, implementation, and modification of individualized treatment plans for residents

• Perform physical therapy interventions under the supervision of licensed physical therapists, including exercises, stretches, and modalities

• Monitor and record resident progress, reporting changes and concerns to the physical therapy team

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment sessions and resident data

• Participate in staff development and training programs to stay current with best practices and industry trends
