Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Minimum of one year of experience working as an SLP in school or pediatric environments
• Strong assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring skills for diverse speech and language needs
• Excellent interpersonal abilities to collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Adaptability to support children with a variety of speech and language goals

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language strengths and challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEPs and best practices
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy services within school settings, both group and one-on-one
• Document progress, maintain accurate and confidential records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Provide guidance, resources, and recommendations to educators and parents to optimize student success
• Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration to enhance each child’s educational experience
