In this onsite role, you will assess mobility, strength, and balance; create personalized treatment plans; and deliver evidence-based interventions that promote safety, independence, and quality of life. You will collaborate closely with nursing and care teams, educate residents and families, and document progress in compliance with healthcare standards, all while contributing to a supportive, growth-focused community culture.
