About the Hospital Medicine Department Our Department of Hospital Medicine is comprised of over 60 full‑time physicians and approximately 10 advanced practitioners , all dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. We utilize a traditional 7‑on, 7‑off block schedule . Patient volumes typically fall within SHM recommended ranges. We’re a democratically run, collegial group where your contributions are recognized and valued. Who We’re Looking For Strong academic credentials , including Residency Training in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine . A commitment to providing exceptional patient care . The annual base salary range is $290,000.00 USD ‑ $316,000.00 USD, with potential for performance‑based incentive compensation. A comprehensive benefits package .
