Site & Civil Construction Project Coordinator

What to Expect As a Construction Project Coordinator at Tesla, you'll focus on the administrative and coordination aspects of Site & Civil construction projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and helping to facilitate communication across teams. You'll oversee multiple projects from start to finish, supporting the Engineering and Construction teams in driving progress and maintaining workflow. What You'll Do Collect, manage, and distribute communications and reporting for the Construction team Act as a liaison between Engineering Program Managers, Construction Managers, and Superintendents Create and track workflows, including submittals, work approvals, and RFIs. Set priorities and manage daily Track project budgets, forecasts, and schedules.
