Senior People Generalist - Fulfillment Center HR

ShipBob is seeking a Sr. People Generalist to deliver full-cycle HR support across our North Aurora and Aurora sites. You will partner with business leaders to drive engagement, workforce planning, compliance, and employee relations in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. Requirements include a Bachelor's in HR, 5+ years of HR experience, bilingual English/Spanish, SHRM or SPHR, and ability to travel.
