We’re currently seeking a Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN/LVN) with experience in skilled nursing or long-term care who is ready to take ownership of our wound care program and make a measurable impact.

Your Impact (Key Responsibilities)

Perform comprehensive wound and skin assessments
Develop, implement, and manage individualized wound care plans
Administer treatments and ensure accurate, timely documentation
Monitor healing progress and adjust care plans with physicians
Track and report pressure ulcers and skin integrity data
Lead prevention programs (Braden Scale, risk interventions)
Educate and mentor nursing staff on best practices in wound care
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility standards
Support Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
Maintain proper wound care supplies and resources

What We’re Looking For

Active RN or LPN/LVN license (Missouri)
At least 1 year of wound care or treatment experience in long-term care
Preferred: 2+ years in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
Passion for resident-centered care and outcomes
