Employee‑owned company – your work shares in profitability. What You’ll Do Maintain cleanliness of large equipment in preparation and serving areas. Maintain product quality through routine temperature checks and taste tests. Set up food in steam tables and deliver additional food as needed. Maintain portion control in preparation and serving. Perform other related duties as assigned. Act as the person in charge when the chef is absent. What We’re Looking For High school education or equivalent desired, plus 1‑2 years of institutional or restaurant experience. Strong communication skills with co‑workers, residents, and family members. Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from internal and external sources. Basic math skills and routine decision making requiring little judgment.
