- Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding logistics and documentation
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee and payroll-related records
- Support timekeeping and payroll change coordination with the business office/PEO
- Assist with purchasing workflows, invoice tracking, and vendor documentation
- Organize documentation for audits, grants, and expense compliance
- Serve as a responsive point of contact for staff HR process questions Qualifications for the HR & Accounting Operations Coordinator:
- Experience in HR operations, people operations, or administrative support (school or nonprofit a plus)
- Exposure to payroll, timekeeping, or accounting support processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
