Job Description As Pool Cleaner, you’ll ensure the water at our attractions is of the right quality with the ideal balance of chemicals. Our pool cleaners are also responsible for pool cleanliness and maintaining records. You will also: Provide exemplary service to guests and ambassadors Test pool water Clean Pools & Attractions and maintain water quality Complete appropriate paperwork associated with pool testing Records Retention Maintain cleanliness and quality of work area Perform and complete assigned tasks from management as needed What is takes to succeed: A passion for customer service Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills Outstanding communication abilities Active listener with the ability to anticipate guests’ needs Flexibility to perform varied duties What else is important: Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions with or without shade Must be able to swim and be comfortable in and around water Must be able to complete tasks independently or with a team without direct supervision Common Pool knowledge is preferred but can be learned Must be able to lift, pull, and push a minimum of 50 lbs.
