Litigation Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its Houston, TX office. This hybrid position requires 1-2 days in the office. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in health law, premises defense, and employment litigation, providing focused advocacy and client defense throughout the litigation process. Duties Provide legal representation in health law, premises defense, and employment litigation. Defend clients at all stages of the litigation process. Collaborate effectively with team members. Communicate directly with clients to address their legal needs. Requirements 7+ years of significant litigation experience, including first chair experience. Strong legal writing and communication skills. Exceptional decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Education Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the Texas state bar and in good standing. Skills Strong written and oral communication skills.
