Job Details PRN, Part Time, Full Time Flexible Hours Weekly Pay Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care under the direction of an RN. Administer medications and treatments based on individualized plans. Educate and support families in-home care techniques. Observe and report changes in patient condition. Document visits using EMR system. Follow the nursing care plan approved by RN/physician. Assist in specialized procedures and self-care education. Participate in patient care conferences and quality improvement activities. Take on-call duty, nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned. Qualifications Active LPN license. CPR certification. Excellent communication and critical‑thinking skills. Passion for working with pediatric and/or adult patients in a home setting.
