Merchandiser

Responsible for daily stocking, rotating, pulling products, and product displays at customer locations, ensuring accurate and timely work. Pay range $21.65 - $23.50 per hour depending on experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Daily stocking, rotating, pulling products, and product displays at customer locations, ensuring accurate and timely work within company and departmental goals. Visit Odom customer locations to merchandise and maintain products through stocking, rotating, dusting, and building displays. Stock and rotate products on the floor, in coolers, bins, or shelves according to identifying information such as style, size, and type. Examine stock to verify conformance to quality specifications and take pride in product distribution. Perform duties on time, efficiently, accurately, safely, and within time‑sensitive constraints, avoiding peak operation hours. Accurately document the number of products or items received, distributed, or set aside due to damage or being out‑of‑date. Participate in on‑the‑job training related to Odom procedures for merchandising duties. Maintain a safe and clean working area during the shift by discarding trash and empty boxes before leaving each customer account. Display promotional materials, such as POS and signage, according to company and store policies. Build displays according to Supervisor or Sales Representative directions. Job Requirements Must be 18 years old with a valid driver’s license, good driving record, proof of insurance (SR‑22 not acceptable), and reliable transportation. Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). Preferable beverage industry or grocery retail experience. Self‑motivated, self‑starter, and able to work with very little direct supervision. Highly organized, able to work quickly and accurately while handling competing priorities. Auto insurance and Non‑DOT certification required. Physical Demands Operate a pallet jack and hand cart to transport products safely. Constantly lift, move, push, or pull 27–55 pounds and occasionally up to 170 pounds. Stand, walk, lift from floor to waist, handle objects, reach, talk, and hear regularly; sit, climb, stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally. Noise level usually moderate, occasionally high due to external environmental noises.
