Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' medical history and physical condition to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients' mobility and relieve pain.
- Monitor and assess patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for home exercises and self-care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
