We are BUILT FOR THE WILD.The Integration Lead provides technical leadership for enterprise integration‑focused projects, providing integration design and delivery across SAP ERP, Salesforce, Shopify, MDM and enterprise systems. This role partners closely with the Integration Architect, Cross platform, and delivery teams to ensure integration solutions are well‑designed, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards, while supporting successful delivery and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end‑to‑end design and implementation of integrations involving SAP S/4 and downstream/upstream systemsOwn technical solution for integrations, APIs, and middleware platformsPartner with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Product Owners to translate requirements into robust SAP‑aligned integration solutionsDefine and enforce enterprise integration patterns, standards, and best practicesProvide hands‑on technical leadership including:Integration architecture and solution designGuidance to development teams during build and deploymentTroubleshooting complex integration and data issuesOversee API lifecycle management, versioning, and backward compatibilityEnsure integrations meet performance, scalability, security, and compliance requirementsSupport Agile delivery through technical backlog input, estimation, and sprint executionMentor and coach integration engineers and junior team membersProvide leadership for production support of integration solutions, including incident triage and root‑cause analysisPartner with support teams to resolve middleware‑related integration issues within SLAsParticipate in on‑call or escalation support rotations as required for critical integrationsDrive continuous improvement through monitoring, logging, and proactive issue preventionQualifications8+ years of IT experience with deep focus on enterprise integrationsProven experience as a Lead or Senior Integration EngineerStrong SAP integration experience, including:SAP S/4HANA integration patternsIDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, SAP APIs (experience may vary by platform)5+ years of hands‑on experience with Boomi integration platformStrong understanding of:RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrationsEvent‑driven and message‑based architecturesData modeling, transformation, and canonical data structuresExperience leading technical design and guiding integration development teamsHands‑on experience using Postman or similar tools for API testing and validationWorking knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud‑based integration deploymentsExperience working with MongoDB or similar database technologies (NoSQL or relational), with understanding of data structures used in integration scenariosExperience using Jira or similar Agile project management toolsStrong communication skills with the ability to engage business and technical stakeholdersPreferred experience integrating SAP with eCommerce platforms like Salesforce & Shopify, Data, and SaaS platformsPreferred Boomi CertificationExposure to public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Familiarity with API gateways and operational monitoring toolsExperience working in large‑scale enterprise or hybrid integration environments#LI‑LW1Benefits & Perks:Click here to learn about the benefits and perks we offer at YETI.YETI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.Our commitment to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture is at the center of everything we do for our employees.
