Radiologic Technologist (per diem)
Aura Health
Responsibilities Performs radiologic procedures under supervision to ensure accurate patient diagnosis. Confirming patient identity, explaining procedures, evaluating preparation, and ensuring safety and comfort. Operates radiographic, fluoroscopy, and digital imaging equipment, and selects appropriate exposure factors. Maintains radiation safety, uses protective shielding, and minimizes exposure. Provides patient care by managing equipment, administering contrast media, and observing for adverse reactions. Ensures image quality through proper positioning and technique, and evaluates radiographs for diagnostic value. Maintains equipment, documents procedures, and upholds confidentiality. Adheres to safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory standards. Qualifications Graduation from an approved program. MA radiography license. Six months of experience. Maintains CEU records and adheres to safety and procedural guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr Aura Health
