Electrophysiology Registered Nurse (EP RN)

Location: Montlake, WA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 4x10 Days (07:00 - 17:30) with variable day off

Job Description: The Electrophysiology Registered Nurse (EP RN) will provide specialized care for patients undergoing procedures related to cardiac electrophysiology. Responsibilities include monitoring patients, assisting with ablation and device implantation procedures, and ensuring a sterile environment during surgeries.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients undergoing coronary device implantation and electrophysiology procedures.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of cardiac ablation procedures.
• Scrub in and maintain a sterile field during procedures.
• Utilize specialized equipment such as mapping systems and temporary pacemakers.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Current National Certification: ARRT R and a Washington State Radiology Tech License or CCI RCIS certification with WA State Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certification.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• EPIC charting experience is required.
