Job Category Retail Position Summary The retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) is a hybrid role that blends customer interaction with basic vehicle service tasks, serving as a pipeline for future career growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care. The role involves serving customers, assessing needs, recommending products and/or services, performing entry‑level vehicle services, and ensuring satisfaction through timely completion of services. Successful individuals will learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front‑shop customer service and back‑shop service tasks as required. Pay Range: $16.80 – $25.10 Bridgestone is committed to fair and lawful compensation practices. All employees receive pay that meets or exceeds the applicable minimum wage requirements.
