Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, fostering a safe and accessible environment for clients.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique circumstances and goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among others.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Actively participate in virtual team meetings to discuss client cases, share best practices, and receive ongoing training and professional development.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary virtual team consisting of psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff to provide holistic care to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will serve a diverse array of clients presenting with a range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and significant life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California is a requirement.

• At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
