Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree.
BLS (American Heart Association)
ACLS (American Heart Association)
Licensed to practice pharmacy in the State of CO
Epic Experience is required.
COVID-19 Vaccine

Mandatory Experience:

3+ years exp as Pharmacist
Rotating Weekends working 0700-1200
May also include some 3rd shift (overnight) on an as needed basis.
