File and complete administrative and data entry projects. Practice proper PPE compliance and maintain a safe working record and environment. Data entry support for manufacturing, freight, and accounting. Immediately communicate unsafe conditions, acts, or injuries to Plant Manager. Call management/answer multi-line phone system. Maintain and build job skills through company training programs. Order confirmation and file management. Enter driver trip tickets. Common carrier/UPS billing. Verify and audit driver logs. Cash tracking for cash sales account. Inter-plant billing. Understand and practice ADS CORE VALUES. Provide backup duties for Plant Accountant during absence. Job Skills Self‑motivation, dependability, team orientation. Ability to learn new skills. Intermediate computer skills (MS Office). Basic mathematical skills. Professionalism. Strong interpersonal skills. Energetic. Strong organization and time management. Educational Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred Experience 1–2 years office/computer experience. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 25 pounds. Compensation Hourly range: $17.20 – $22.15. Individual pay may vary by location, shift, and relevant experience or training.
