This position requires high proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. After training is complete, the work schedule for this position will be required to work at our Commerce City branch office 2 days per week, our Dove Valley office branch 1 day per week, and 2 days remote per week.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain customer relations continuously working to resolve their concerns or requests.Timely delivery of schedules and other reporting to our customerInteract with all customers and co-workers in a professional, helpful and friendly manner.Utilize Smartsheet for data management and retentionDetermine the sequence and way work will be carried out, consistent with established customer requirements and internal processes and proceduresActively communicates with Foremen, Area Supervisor, and Management as required for job updates and statusesAbility to work in a team environment as well as independentlyPerform additional administrative tasks when requiredPreferred Qualifications:Previous experience in construction environment desiredJob Requirements:Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
