Site Manager – Airport OperationsLocation: Fort Myers, FL – Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW)Employment Type: Full-TimeStarting Salary: $118,000 annuallyBonus: Eligible for Annual Discretionary Management Bonus PlanSchedule: 24/7 Airport OperationThe OpportunityWe are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to lead airport operations at Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers, Florida.This is a full-site leadership position with responsibility for operations, staffing, customer relationships, safety, contract performance, and financial results.The Site Manager will oversee the day-to-day operation and all site staff while serving as a key point of contact for the customer.This is not a general facilities management position. Candidates must have direct Baggage Handling Systems (BHS) operations and maintenance experience.The position is associated with a contract currently being bid.
