Ask us how! Hourly Pay Rate W2: $44‑$48 per hour; 1099: $55‑$61 per hour Occupational Therapist Job Duties Provide efficient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for COTAs to follow. Supervise COTAs daily. Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting, who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnoses.
