Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Commerce City, CO. In this position, you will respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing accurate product information, pricing, and order status updates. You will process orders, returns, and exchanges, coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, and resolve issues to maintain strong customer relationships. Daily responsibilities include maintaining customer records, following established procedures, and supporting the branch team with general administrative tasks. You will contribute to a positive, professional environment that reflects SPEC’s commitment to superior customer service and operational excellence. Qualifications Strong customer service and customer support skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and issues professionally and effectively. Experience focused on customer satisfaction and customer experience, including resolving complaints and building long-term relationships. Background working as a Customer Service Representative in distribution, construction, or related industries is preferred. Clear verbal and written communication skills, with active listening and attention to detail. Basic computer proficiency, including order entry systems, email, and office software. Ability to work on-site in Commerce City, CO, in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities. Collaborative mindset and reliability, with a commitment to punctuality, safety, and teamwork.
