Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Restaurant Manager to join our high volume full-service restaurant on the Upper West Side. This is an opportunity to lead in a fast-paced operation serving hundreds of guests daily, where strong leadership, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front-of-house operations in an extremely high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Ensure every guest receives warm, attentive, and consistent hospitality
• Hire, train, coach, and develop hourly team members and managers
• Build labor-efficient schedules while maintaining appropriate staffing levels
• Monitor labor costs and operational performance
• Partner closely with the culinary team to deliver seamless service
• Support private dining, catering, and large-format events
• Uphold service standards and operational consistency throughout every shift
• Foster clear communication and collaboration between front- and back-of-house teams
• Lead by example with a strong, visible presence on the floor

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
• Proven success leading large teams through busy, fast-paced service
• Strong background in labor management, scheduling, and daily operations
• Experience with private dining and catered events is a plus
• Familiarity with Toast POS and Restaurant365 (R365) preferred
• Calm, organized, and decisive under pressure
• Passion for hospitality and team development
