Part-Time Receptionist
We're hiring a Part-Time Receptionist to be the friendly first face our residents, families, and visitors see when they walk through our doors. Just bring a great attitude and a willingness to learn!
What You'll Do:
Greet residents, families, and visitors with a warm smile
Answer and direct phone calls
Manage sign-in logs and visitor check-ins
Assist with mail, deliveries, and basic clerical tasks
Support staff with light administrative duties as needed
Help create a welcoming, organized front desk experience
What We're Looking For:
Friendly, dependable, and organized
Comfortable with basic computer skills (typing, email)
Strong communication skills and a caring attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
