Location: Panama City, FL - C4; 12222 Panama City Beach Parkway, Panama City, Florida - 32407 Pay: $18 - $20 / hour and up to $2,500 through our performance bonuses Work Hours: Monday - Friday 7AM - 4PM + Rotating Saturdays during summer season 7AM - 11AM You want Benefits? What to Expect? The Warehouse Associate / Inside Sales Associate supports the team and our customers by accurately and safely receiving/pulling orders in a fast-paced environment. Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup. Assists in loading the delivery truck. Receives shipments, logs into inventory, maintains inventory through audits. Communicates positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up. Operates a forklift safely and efficiently, maintains required certification, performs vehicle safety checks and reports discrepancies to supervisor. Assists in keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently. Establishes relationships with customers by assisting walk-in and phone customers, representing the company in a professional manner. Processes, pulls and distributes customer products quickly and efficiently. Handles questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Accurately performs data entry of sales orders to generate an invoice of products ordered to be picked up or delivered. Secures payment of invoice with proper funds or obtain credit authorization in accordance with company policy. Evaluates and determines disposition of warranty items handled at the counter, as prescribed by the manufacturer's warranty policy and customer needs. Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of vendor’s production and delivery schedules. Other duties as assigned. What You Will Need: High school diploma or GED. Ability to maneuver heavy objects, some weighing up to 100 pounds. Prior forklift experience. Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
