RANDALL OFFSITE CONSTRUCTION specializesin the integration of Completely Prefabricated Bathroom Pods for hotel,dormitory, medical and multi-family ground-up construction projects. Randall Offsite Construction(Pods) is currently seeking skilled Carpenters / MultiTradeCraftspeople to work in our Apopka, FL headquarters and manufacturingfacility. Position Summary Our Carpenters / MultiTrade Craftspeople to manufacture ourBathroom Pods from framing to finish fit-out completion. Experience Required 5+years of experience in high-end new construction of renovation interiors.(Carpentry, Framing, Drywall, Tile, Flooring, Paint, Plumbing, Electrical,Fixtures) Must be familiar with properuse of PPE and basic OSHA rules Must be able to provide his owntransportation to and from work. Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements GED or equivalent diploma Knowledge blueprint and isometric drawing reading Strong attention to detail, accuracy, andproblem-solving skills. Communication: Effective English orBi-lingual (English/Spanish) verbal and written communication skills are amust have Teamwork: Ability to work collaborativelywith multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders toachieve quality objectives and project success. Safety: Commitment to adhering to safetyprotocols, procedures, and regulations to ensure a safe workingenvironment for oneself and others. Physical Requirements Thisis primarily a field or jobsite job. You must be able to lift a deadweight of at least50 poundsand stand on your feet for several hoursat a time. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch and lift as requiredby the job, and be able to respond quickly to sounds, see and respond todangerous situations, and properly wear personal protective gear.
