Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to providing and maintaining updated information for customers, performing administrative functions supporting customer service functions and sales order entries, maintaining records of asset delivery progress and invoicing, and resolving licensing issues received from customers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative functions supporting customer service functions and sales order entries.
• Provide monthly status of open orders and follow up with customers and Production.
• Maintain record of asset delivery progress and invoicing.
• Interact with Production, Buyer, and Planner for follow-up of customer orders.
• Resolve licensing issues received from customers and record in support database.
• Maintain and improve the integrity of the data in the SAP database.
• Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable.

Requirements:

• Understanding of ERP Systems
• 1-3 years of working in SAP
• Associate Degree
• Office Skills
• Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications (if any):

• Experience in Explosive Manufacturing Department
• Taking internal calls from Oil & Gas Customers
• Preparing orders for shipment
