Corporate Finance Professional for AI Training

Apply corporate finance expertise to create realistic evaluation materials that help improve next-generation AI systems. This remote contractor role centers on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis, with no prior AI experience required. Key Responsibilities

• Design and author complex finance-manager evaluation tasks based on real-world budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis scenarios.
• Source, create, and curate supporting materials, including budget spreadsheets, forecast models, reconciliations, and technical documentation.
• Develop accurate solutions with clear, defensible financial reasoning.
• Create detailed grading rubrics with 35 or more criteria addressing numerical rigor, methodology, and narrative quality.
• Ensure work reflects the nuance and sophistication of real corporate finance practice rather than simplified textbook examples.
• Communicate findings and reasoning precisely in writing and verbally as part of submission requirements.

• 5 or more years of experience directly owning a P&L or significant departmental budget in a corporate finance environment.
• Hands-on experience with month-end and quarter-end close, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Advanced financial modeling and financial management skills, with a record of error-free numerical work.
• Ability to turn complex data into actionable financial insights and recommendations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A corporate finance background is strongly preferred over a purely accounting-focused specialization.
• CPA, CFA, FMVA, or an MBA are preferred but not required.

• Remote, independent contractor engagement.
• Compensation is output-based and paid per task that meets project specifications. Time required may vary by experience and workflow.
• Minimum submission requirements apply, including a minimum number of task submissions each week.
• Selected candidates should be ready to begin initial tasks within 24 to 48 hours after completing the required onboarding process.

$50 to $100 per hour.
