Corporate Finance Professional for AI Training

Apply corporate finance expertise to create realistic, high-quality materials that help train next-generation AI systems. This remote contract role centers on translating real-world budgeting, forecasting, close, and variance-analysis practice into rigorous evaluations and feedback. Key Responsibilities

• Design and write complex finance-manager evaluation tasks based on realistic budgeting, forecasting, and variance-analysis scenarios.
• Source, create, and curate supporting materials, including budget spreadsheets, forecast models, reconciliations, and technical documentation.
• Develop accurate solutions with clear, defensible financial reasoning.
• Create detailed grading rubrics with 35 or more criteria focused on numerical rigor, sound methodology, and narrative quality.
• Ensure each task reflects the nuance of real corporate finance practice rather than simplified textbook examples.
• Communicate findings and reasoning clearly in writing and verbally as part of submission requirements.

• 5 or more years of experience directly owning a P&L or a significant departmental budget in a corporate finance environment.
• Hands-on experience with month-end and quarter-end close, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Advanced financial modeling and financial management skills, with consistent numerical accuracy.
• Ability to turn complex data into actionable financial insights and recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
• A corporate finance background is strongly preferred over a solely accounting-focused background.
• CPA, CFA, FMVA, or an MBA are valued but not required.

• Remote, independent-contractor engagement.
• Compensation is output-based and paid per task that meets project specifications. Completion time varies by experience and workflow, and minimum submission requirements apply.
• A minimum number of tasks must be submitted each week.
• Roles are commonly filled within 48 hours. Selected candidates should be ready to begin their first tasks within 24 to 48 hours after completing the required setup process.

$50 to $100 per hour.
