This individual will operate across the full data lifecycle—from backend data modeling and transformation to front-end dashboard development—enabling business stakeholders to access actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, enjoys rapid prototyping, and can independently turn loosely defined requirements into meaningful data solutions. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics needsWrite complex SQL queries to extract and transform data from backend systems (including Jira and Clarity)Perform ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources into usable formatsDevelop Tableau dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectivelyRecreate and define new business metrics (e.g., cycle time, team performance metrics) by leveraging backend data sourcesPartner with stakeholders to understand high-level requirements and independently translate them into technical solutionsRapidly prototype dashboards and data sets to support evolving business needsTroubleshoot data discrepancies and optimize queries and data models for performanceWork cross-functionally with team members without relying on heavily documented requirements
