Position Summary:

We are seeking an organized and people-oriented Onsite Admin to support staffing operations at a large distribution center in Coppell, TX. This position serves as a primary onsite contact for temporary employees, helping with onboarding, attendance, timekeeping, employee questions, and day-to-day staffing needs. The ideal candidate is comfortable working both independently and directly with employees and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate new-hire onboarding, orientations, facility tours, and first-day check-ins.
• Conduct regular employee check-ins, especially during the first two weeks, and address questions or concerns.
• Monitor daily attendance, call-offs, tardiness, and employee availability.
• Communicate staffing needs, employee concerns, and performance issues with recruiting and warehouse leadership.
• Monitor timekeeping, resolve missing punches or discrepancies, and assist with payroll-related questions.
• Maintain accurate employee records, staffing reports, headcounts, and assignment information.
• Conduct routine floor walks and promote positive employee engagement and workplace safety.
• Assist with employee performance discussions, assignment changes, offboarding, and incident documentation as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, administrative support, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with employees and warehouse leadership.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with timekeeping or applicant tracking systems preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Comfortable walking throughout an active distribution center and regularly interacting with warehouse employees.

Schedule:

• 6:00 am – 2:30 pm

Compensation:

• $17:00 - $20:00 per hour, based on experience
