You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.You'll shape and deploy business goals, drive organizational effectiveness, and build strong teams across the Value Chain. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Business Leaders), support leadership development initiatives, and much more."We’ll look to you for:Analyzing current organizational capabilities to deliver the business strategy and identifying and acting on gaps versus required capabilities. ,Supporting change programs, organizational effectiveness, development, and fostering a high-performance culture, including bids and project support. ,Ensuring the right talent is in the right place at the right time by coaching leaders on talent-related tools, supporting talent reviews, and mobilizing high potentials. ,Supporting talent reviews, competency assessments, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning. ,Acting as a lead for mobilizing a new site, collaborating with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to effectively onboard employees to the site for a new contract/customer. ,Administering FLSA testing and reviewing qualifications with job descriptions for all positions. ,Partnering with Business Leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. ,Supporting leadership development initiatives to help build resilient and adaptable teams. ,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. ,Providing expert guidance on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance."Provide guidance and support to the management team regarding operating in an unionized environment to ensure compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
