Prestige Staffing has been tasked by one of our best clients to find a Front Office Specialist to interview and go to work ASAP! Candidate must be hard working and a self starter. *MUST have 3 recent years of medical front desk experience to apply*

Hours : 8-5

Location: : Lawrenceville, GA

Pay : $18-20

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients
• Register patients according to established protocols
• Assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation including medical insurance
• Ensure patient information is accurate including billing information
• Inform patients of medical office procedures and policy
• Maintain and manage patient records
• Move patients through appointments as scheduled
• Answer incoming calls and deal with inquiries
• Schedule patient appointments
• Collect co-pays and deductibles
• Schedule hospital admissions, tests, scans and outside appointments for patients

Experience and Education:

• High school diploma
• Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures and diagnosis
• Knowledge of computer and relevant software applications
• Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures
• Working knowledge of healthcare insurance required
• 3 years of experience in a medical front office role
