Create Custom Treatment Plans: Assess patient requirements and design tailored therapy strategies to help them achieve their specific functional objectives

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure well-rounded, inclusive care

Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their families on effective therapy techniques for continuous improvement at home

Ensure Maintenance of Clinical Records: Monitor clinical progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, keeping patients on track with their goals

Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Ongoing education or additional certifications are encouraged and supported

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is mandatory

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
